Once you have chosen the deal you wish to purchase and added it to your cart, you will be asked whether you want to pay by credit card or PayPal. Once you have chosen and proceeded to payment, you will get two emails; one for the bill information and the other for redeem with voucher code. Every Merchant has their own methods of redemption and the instructions will be available with every voucher. Yes, you may. To do so, fill the details and email of the person to whom you want to send your voucher as a gift. The recipient will then receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the voucher.

You can cancel your order in two easy steps. Simply click on the request cancel button. Enter a valid reason in the form and click on the submit button. If your voucher cancellation is covered under our refund policy then we will refund within 7-14 business days. If your request is not within the guidelines of the refund policy mentioned for the respective voucher i.e. the time allowed has lapsed then it will be reviewed for reasons around cancellation. Please note Voucher Store may contact you during the review period.

Under the “My Purchases” category in your account profile, there is a list of all the deals you have purchased through Voucher Store.

If you have store credit, you can use the store credit to pay for Vouchers. If your credit is more than the Voucher value then that value will be deducted from the total store credit you have and you will be able to see the balance in your account. If the credit is less than the voucher value you will have to use the entire credit and pay the balance using other payment methods available. Please note vouchers will only be issued upon total payment of the voucher value.
